[ORDER SOLUTION] Art of Negotiation

John is one of your coworkers. He traveled to another country to negotiate a business contract terms and conditions for your company. John’s counterpart from the other company met him at the airport with a briefcase containing $10,000.00. The other company’s representative stated in a very hushed tone, “If you accept our terms and conditions right now, you can take this briefcase with the $10,000.00 and deposit it into your personal checking account and take the next flight home, or spend the next few days in our country, with all expenses paid by us”. John called you and left a detailed voicemail explaining what just happened, and asked you what he should do? John stated that if you tell him to keep the cash, he will split it with you 50/50%. What would you tell John to do?
