Reflect on an organizational problem you have experienced and apply course concepts (course concepts files are attached as files) to analyze the situation and describe how the concepts could have helped address the problem more effectively.  The organizational problem does not necessarily have to be in a company or work organization. it could just be problems from a team work or school group.  Give a brief description of the event but main focus of paper should be on analyzing the event and making sense of it through the course concepts. then reflect on what you have learned for your future work in organizations.
